Customer Terms and Conditions (18+)

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are between You and JNT GAMES sp. z o.o., Technologiczna 2, 45-439 Opole, Poland, covering access to and use of Passion Rift and related services.

By using Passion Rift, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, stop using the Game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Game.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Credits & Purchases

Credits are virtual items without real-world value, used to access in-game features. Purchases are processed by third-party providers and are non-refundable except as required by law.

User Conduct

You must use the Game lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited actions include harassment, cheating, hacking, or unlawful activities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts.
